Kimbo is launching its own EVM Avalanche L1 blockchain, making it different from other meme tokens like $DOGE, $SHIB, and $PEPE, which mostly focus on value exchange. $KIMBO will be the native gas token on Kimbot L1, aiming to create a more functional and scalable ecosystem for developers and users. This strategy sets $KIMBO apart as a leader in the meme coin space, offering more than just speculative value—a continuously evolving ecosystem.
Before we launch our mainnet, we need to address a few technical challenges and complete some essential steps. Our tech team is hard at work auditing the bridging smart contracts and other key components to ensure everything is secure and ready. We’re also integrating ACP-77, a crucial update that will enhance our network’s capabilities. This update will support secure decentralization, and validators will need to stake $KIMBO to join the network.
The launch of Kimbo L1 is strategically timed to ensure that multiple exciting projects, games, and utilities are ready to go live simultaneously. This approach will provide users with a diverse range of applications to explore right from the start. Kimbo L1 is on track to become a thriving hub of innovation within the Avalanche network.

Kimbo L1 is an EVM chain, supporting Solidity smart contracts and standard Ethereum APIs. Anyone is allowed to deploy smart contracts and perform transactions.

To maintain the ability to perform future upgrades and have the flexibility to update according to our needs the chain configuration is changeable. The Chain admin is the Kimbo multisig wallet.
Bridge

Kimbo’s L1 uses the revolutionary “Avalanche Warp Messaging” to bridge assets from and to C-Chain. The fee structure is 20 bips (0.2%) transaction fees per transfer.
Validators

Validators are currently required to run their own hardware. Operators will be able to use the Ash Console to run their nodes on their cloud accounts (AWS/GCP/Azure)
